2. Privacy notice
NEXTAPP LABS S.R.L. is the controller of personal data processed through this website, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
- What we collect. This website has no forms, accounts, analytics or advertising cookies. When you email us, we process your name, email address and the content of your message.
- Why. To answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to prepare and perform a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)); to keep accounting records required by Romanian law (art. 6(1)(c)).
- How long. Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 12 months. Contract and invoicing records are kept for the period required by Romanian accounting law.
- Who receives it. Our email and hosting providers, acting as processors. We do not sell personal data.
- Technical logs. Our web server records IP address, time and requested page for security purposes; these logs are kept for up to 30 days.
- Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to contact@nextapplab.eu. You may also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), dataprotection.ro.
Halfbill, our online service, has its own Privacy Policy, which applies to accounts and usage of that service.
3. Website terms
The content of this website is provided for information and does not constitute an offer. Client software projects are governed by a separate written agreement, which sets out scope, price, payment terms, delivery and ownership of the work. The NextApp Labs and Halfbill names and logos belong to NEXTAPP LABS S.R.L. These terms are governed by Romanian law.
