A short call and a written proposal with deliverables, timeline and price before any work starts.
Build
Work in small increments with a working demo every week and a shared issue tracker.
Launch
Deployment to your infrastructure or ours, with documentation and a handover session.
Support
Optional maintenance agreement for updates, monitoring and fixes after launch.
