What we collect. This website has no accounts, analytics or advertising cookies. The contact form does not send anything to us: it opens your own email app with your message filled in. When you email us, we process your name, email address and the content of your message.
Why. To answer your enquiry and, if you become a client, to prepare and perform a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)); to keep accounting records required by Romanian law (art. 6(1)(c)).
How long. Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 12 months. Contract and invoicing records are kept for the period required by Romanian accounting law.
Who receives it. Our email and hosting providers, acting as processors. We do not sell personal data.
Fonts. This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page opens (Google privacy policy).
Technical logs. Our web server records IP address, time and requested page for security purposes; these logs are kept for up to 30 days.
Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to support@nextapplab.eu. You may also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), dataprotection.ro.
